IVY ATAA ANSAH

Ivy is a finance and business development professional with over 9 years of experience in Business development and client relationship management, Auditing, Accounting, Finance. She is a qualified Chartered accountant and holds an MSc in Finance. Prior to joining PCGGL, Ivy worked with Nestle, Unilever, Ghacem, Barclays Bank (Ghana and UK) and Ernst & Young (UK). She is a strategist who believes that the success of any organization depends on a well thought-out strategy, implemented with a concerted effort from all stakeholders. She therefore loves to work through people to achieve strategic goals.

CLAUDIA OKAE ODJIDJA

Manager, Human Capital Management

Claudia is an HR professional with over 20years’ experience in Employee Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Industrial Relations, Change Management, Performance Management and general administration. She hold a Bachelors degree and an MBA in Human Resource Management. She is also a Certified Strategic HR Professional. Certified ISO27001 Lead Implementer. Prior to joining PCGGL, Claudia worked with Unibank Ghana, Star Assurance, Danafco Engineering Limited and Topp Holdings. She is a firm believer in building cultures that promote healthy and productive working environment.

EDEM KUMAH

Manager, Finance

Edem is an accounting professional with over 10years’ experience in financial accounting, internal and external audit, internal control system design and implementation and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system deployment. Prior to joining PCGGL, Edem worked for SCG Consulting, Detris Consult, Multimedia Group (specifically Joy fm), DM Tutu and Co Chartered Accountants and Foundations for Orthopedic and Complex Spine. He is a good team player working towards achieving strategic goals.

ADRIAN STEYN

Technical Director

Adrian is Director Operations of Protea Coin Ghana and previously held the position of Managing Director of PCG since 2012. He has been with Protea Coin Security Group since 2000 and has been the MD of Protea Coin Ghana since 2012. He previously served in the South African National Defence Force and has experience in counter terrorist operations, industrial security and military experience in foreign countries and remote locations and risk management. Adriaan has completed numerous technical and business programmes since joining Protea Coin.

CAMILLO ATAMPUGRE

Non-Executive Director

Camillo is a Ghanaian and a Non-Executive Director in PCGGL. He has over 8 years Investment Banking experience in the Oil & Gas sector as part of a global energy platform. He has previously worked for HSBC in London, UK and is currently a Director responsible for, Oil & Gas in ABSA’s international business. Camillo holds a BA Economics from University of Leeds and a MPhil Economics from the University of Cambridge.

MARTIN HEWARD-MILLS

Managing Director

Martin is a Ghanaian national and Managing Director and co-shareholder of PCGGL. Martin previously worked as Executive Director for Goldman Sachs before joining Barclays Ghana as Chief of Staff. He was later appointed as Head of Business Banking Products and Segment for Barclays Africa at their headquarters in Johannesburg, South Africa and as Senior Strategy Director for the Pan- African bank prior to joining Protea Coin Ghana as Managing Director. Martin holds a BSc in Economics and Geography from The University College of London.
